HAVE 34-1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS, 2-2 BEDROOM APARTMENTS THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE ENVIRONMENT WHERE MEMBERS CAN LEARN OR REGAIN JOB SKILLS, FIND EMPLOYMENT, REDUCE HOSPITAIZATIONS, SECURE AFFORDABLE AND DECENT HOUSING, AND MAKE FRIENDS. OPERATES THREE WORK TRAINING UNITS, AN EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM AND A SOCIAL RECREATIONAL COMPONENT. SUPPORTED EDUCATION; ASSIST IN REGISTERING, ASSESS APPROPRIATENESS OF PROGRAMS, TUTORS, TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT INDEPENDENT EMPLOYMENT 24HR RESIDENTIAL FACILITY-8 BEDS CRISIS PREVENTION PROGRAM- 3 FULL-TIME COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKERS.
