ADC PROVIDES FINANCIAL PAYMENTS AND/OR MEDICAL COVERAGE TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN AGE 18 OR YOUNGER AND ELIGIBLE PARENTS WHO MEET FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (INCOME AND RESOURCES). PARTICIPATION IN EMPLOYMENT FIRST MAY BE REQUIRED.
