Description
FRESH START HOME IS A TRANSITIONAL LIVING FACILITY FOR WOMEN WITH DEPENDENCY ISSUES THAT DO NOT HAVE DEPENDENT CHILDREN. THESE WOMEN ARE FACING BARRIERS IN THEIR LIVES THAT RENDER THEM HOMELESS. THE HOME PROVIDES A SAFE, CLEAN, STRUCTURED (DRUG, ALCOHOL AND VIOLENCE FREE) EMVIRONMENT WITH ON-SITE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND SUPPORT GROUPS FOR RESIDENTS. THEIR MISSION IS TO ASSIST THESE WOMEN IN BECOMING STABLE, SELF-SUFFICIENT AND CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY AGAIN. MEALS INCLUDED, PLUS A CASE MANAGER TO HELP DEVELOP AN INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM LEADING INTO INDEPENDENT LIVING.
