FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS FOR SUCH THINGS AS RENT, DEPOSITS, UTILITIES, FINANCIAL MEDICATIONS FOR THE ELDERLY. ONCE IN A LIFETIME HELP AFTER ALL OTHER RESOURCES ARE EXHAUSTED.
