PROVIDES INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES, MENTORING FOR PATIENT ORGANIZATIONS, ADVOCACY FOR THE RARE DISEASE COMMUNITY, RESEARCH GRANTS AND PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS.
