PROVIDES: SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL, ASSISTED RESIDENTIAL (24-HR SUPERVISION), HOME TEACHER (FOR THOSE THAT WOULD LIKE TO LIVE WITH A HANDS OF HEARTLAND-EMPLOYED FAMILY), IN-HOME BASED SERVICES (FOR THOSE WHO STILL RESIDE WITHIN THEIR NATURAL FAMILY), RESPITE SERVICES, DAY SERVICES (INDIVIDUALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK EVERYDAY AMONG OTHER ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS SCHOOLING).
