PSYCHOLOGISTS, THERAPISTS AND CERTIFIED SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELORS. EVALUATIONS, PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING, SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING, THERAPY AND COUNSELING. COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR MENTAL HEALTH & RECOVERY CARE FOR DRUG ABUSERS. YOUTH CARE PROGRAM FOR UNDER 21 AT RISK OF BEING REMOVED FROM HOME DUE TO ISSUE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT.
