EARLY INTERVENTION STAFF ASSIST FAMILIES OF INFANTS OR TODDLERS WITH DISABILITIES TO IDENTIFY AND MEET THE CHILD'S NEEDS THROUGH COORDINATION OF INFORMAL AND FORMAL SUPPORTS. Eligibility: MUST BE VERIFIED AS SPECIAL EDUCATION ELIGIBLE, BUT THAT DETERMINATION DOES NOT HAVE TO BE MADE AT REFERRAL TIME. A REFERRAL MAY BE MADE (WITH PRIOR PARENTAL PERMISSION) TO THE PROGRAM BY ANYONE WHO SUSPECTS A DEVELOPMENTAL DELAY IN AN INFANT OR CHILD. THE FAMIL WILL BE CONTACTED.
