ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP (ATP)
Description
A resource for individuals wanting to learn about, and/or obtain assistive technology and home/vehicle modifications. ATP provides an assistive technology(AT) equipment program where we can demonstrate and loan AT, as well as a Reuse program where people can donate items (AT, DME) and individuals can get gently used equipment at no charge. While ATP doesn’t directly fund the purchase of AT or modifications, we do partner with many programs that can assist with funding. Through ATP’s Resource Coordination process we can help locate funding and programs that help pay for AT and modifications that individuals with disabilities may qualify for.
