ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP (ATP)
Description
ATP has offices located throughout the state and is the state AT program in Nebraska. ATP is a resource for any individual with disabilities in Nebraska including family, friends, healthcare professionals, employers, case managers, etc. that provides information on assistive and accessibility devices. ATP partners with different agencies in the community to provide education, training and recommendations to help people with disabilities increase their independence and be successful with their goals of work, school, training or even independent living. All services are free and loans or demonstrations of equipment can be accessed by individuals creating a free account at AT4ALL.com. Equipment is also donated and listed on the AT4ALL website, then given away for free through the ATP ReUse Program. Individuals can get information on resources available in the community for assistance with funding technology by completing a Service & Device application located on the ATP website under the Funding tab at atp.nebraska.gov through ATP Resource Coordination.
