Description
EARLY INTERVENTION STAFF ASSIST FAMILIES OF INFANTS OR TODDLERS WITH DISABILITIES TO IDENTIFY AND MEET THE CHILD'S NEEDS THROUGH COORDINATION OF FORMAL AND INFORMAL SUPPORTS. THE PROGRAM DOES NOT PAY FOR BUT WILL HELP LOCATE AND ACCESS NEEDED SERVICES SUCH AS TESTING, HEALTH CARE, CHILD CARE AND RESPITE. REFERRAL TO DEVELOPMENTAL PRESCHOOLS (AGES 3-5).
