Description
Persons with disabilities can apply for a special permit (apart from their regular permit) to hunt and fish from a vehicle on private land. Individuals unable, by reason of physical infirmities, to fish without assistance may apply for a special fish permit at a cost of $8. Any person who is age 69 or older and a resident of Nebraska may purchase a $5 small game hunt / fish / fur harvest permit to include all state conservation stamps. Veterans who are: age 64 or older may qualify for a $5 small game hunt / fish / fur harvest permit to include all state conservation stamps. 50% or more disabled, service related, may qualify for a lifetime small game hunt / fish / fur harvest permit to include all state conservation stamps and a lifetime park entry permit.

Eligibility: 1) ALL INDIVIDUALS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR VARIOUS ASPECTS OF OUR OUTDOOR RECREATION PROGRAMS. 2) LOSS OF THE USE OF AN ARM THROUGH AMPUTATION OR LACK OF USE OF AN ARM THROUGH PERMANENT IMPAIRMENT WHICH RENDERS THE INDIVIDUAL INCAPABLE OF DRAWING A LONG BOW. 3) SPECIAL PERMIT TO HUNT AND FISH SMALL GAME FROM VEHICLE ON PRIVATE LAND IF YOU CANNOT FISH IN A NORMAL MANNER.
