AGING SERVICES IS THE PRINCIPLE AGENCY WHICH PLANS, COORDINATES AND ADVOCATES FOR OLDER ADULTS. AAA/ADM OFFICE OVERSEES THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE LIFE OFFICE: LIFE/LINCOLN INFORMATION FOR THE ELDERLY, RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM, SENIOR COMPANION PROGRAM, TELECARE, TECHNICAL AND SUPPORT OPERATION ABLE-PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT COUNSELING AND JOB REFERRALS TO PERSON AGE 50+, LANCASTER COUNTY RURAL TRANSIT, LIFELINES EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM, LIFETIME HEALTH PROGRAM, AGING SERVICE SENIOR CENTERS HANDYMAN SERVICES-MINOR HOME REPAIRS/ MAINTENANCE TO ELDERLY HOME OWNERS-BASIC LAWN CARE, PAINTING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, CARPENTRY AND MINOR SAFETY MODIFICATIONS.
