PROVIDES CHILDREN (FROM INFANCY TO AGE 21) EDUCATIONAL, VOCATIONAL, RESIDENTIAL, TRANSITITONAL LIVING, ASSESSMENTS AND CONSULTATIONS, IN-SERVICE, PRE-SERVICE TRAINING,SUMMER CAMPS, PARENT TRAINING, INTERNSHIPS FOR CHILDREN BLIND, VISUALLY IMPAIRED AND MULTI-HANDICAPPED. STATE WIDE OUTREACH PROGRAM RESOURCE CENTER WITH DEPOSITORY OF MATERIAL FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED STUDENTS.
