Description
SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR AMPUTEES (NEW AND PAST) AND THEIR FAMILIES. WILL CALL ON A PERSON WHO IS IN THE HOSPITAL AND/OR AT HOME AND OFFER COMPASSION, INFORMATION, SOCIAL FUNCTIONS, EXERCISE/SWIMMING, WEEKLY MEETINGS FOR AMPUTEE AND ANY FAMILY MEMBERS. MONTHLY MEETINGS HELD AT IMMANUEL HOSPITAL-REHAB BUILDING ON THE 3RD TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 7:30 PM.
