ENCOR (EASTERN NE COMMUNITY OFFICE ON MENTAL DISABILITIES) PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED RESIDENTIAL AND VOCATIONAL PROGRAMS TO PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. PROGRAMS INCLUDE RESPITE, HOME BASED SERVICES, COMMUNITY LIVING, MEDICAL SUPPORT UNIT, INDUSTRIAL TRAINING CENTERS, & JOB PLACEMENT.
