Description
A COMMUNITY BASED DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PROGRAM. PROVIDES VOCATIONAL, PRE-VOCATIONAL, AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT IN THE COMMUNITY, IN HOUSE CONTRACT WORK, AND REHABILITATION SKILLS & BEHAVIOR PROGRAMS TO TEACH WIDE VARIETY OF INDEPENDENT- ORIENTED SKILLS. RESIDENTIAL PLACEMENTS INCLUDE SUPPORTED COMMUNITY LIVING SETTINGS WITH 6-12 HOURS A WEEK, AND UP TO 24 HOUR SETTINGS. ALSO RESPITE CARE
