A COMMUNITY BASED DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PROGRAM. PROVIDES VOCATIONAL, PRE-VOCATIONAL AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT IN THE COMMUNITY, IN HOUSE CONTRACT WORK AND REHABILITATION SKILLS & BEHAVIOR PROGRAMS TO TEACH A WIDE VARIETY OF INDEPENDENT- ORIENTED SKILLS. RESIDENTIAL PLACEMENTS INCLUDE SUPPORTED COMMUNITY LIVING SETTINGS WITH 6-12 HOURS A WEEK AND UP TO 24 HOUR SETTINGS. ALSO RESPITE CARE CENTRAL OFFICE IN WAYNE: 1202 E. 14TH ST.
