REGION I OFFICE OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH MENTAL DISABILITY. SERVICES INCLUDE: RESIDENTIAL (SMALL GROUP HOME AND SUPERVISED APARTMENT/HOME/SEMI-INDEPENDENT); DAY SERVICES (HABILITATION, ASSISTED VOCATIONAL, SUPPORTED VOCATIONAL); RESPITE AND TRANSPORTATION. HAVE A CONTRACTURAL AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR CHILDREN THAT NEED 12 MONTH SERVICES. BASED ON THE INDIVIDUALS SPECIFIC PLAN.
