REGION I OFFICE OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT PROVIDES COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES FOR PERSONS WITH MENTAL DISABILITY. SERVICES INCLUDE: RESIDENTIAL (SMALL GROUP HOME AND SUPERVISED APARTMENT/HOME); DAY SERVICES (HABILITATION, ASSISTED VOCATIONAL, SUPPORTED VOCATIONAL); RETIREMENT; RESPITE; AND TRANSPORTATION. CHILDREN ARE SERVED THROUGH CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR THOSE WHO NEED 12 MONTH SERVICES. SERVICES ARE BASED ON EACH PERSONS INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM PLAN.
