DEDICATED TO HELPING SINGLE MEN AND SINGLE WOMEN OR WOMEN WITH CHILDREN (DO NOT SERVE TEENAGE BOYS) AGES 19 AND UP, FIND SOLUTIONS TO THEIR PROBLEMS FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES. 90 DAY RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM INCLUDES: BASIC LIFE SKILLS; SELF ESTEEM TRAINING; ANGER MANAGEMENT; ADDICTION RECOVERY; RELAXATION/STRESS MANAGEMENT; SELF DISCIPLINE; GRIEF/LOSS COUNSELING; PARENTING SKILLS TRAINING; EDUCATION (ABE/GED) NUTRITION/COOKING CLASS; BUDGET, TIME/MONEY MANAGEMENT; HEALTHY SEXUALITY AND RELATIONSHIPS; AMAC (ADULTS MOLESTED AS CHILDREN) SUPPORT GROUP DAY SHELTER DO NOT HAVE TO BE A RESIDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMS.
