CLOTHING/HOUSEHOLD BANK; HEAD START, EDUCATION OUTREACH; SUMMER CAMPS, FAMILY CASE MANAGEMENT, YOUTH SERVICES, AND HOMELESS ASSISTANCE. JOB READINESS, COMPUTER LAB, MICRO LENDING PROGRAM FOR NEW BUSINESS. FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER PROGRAM-AFFORDABLE HOUSING, HUD-CERTIFIED MORTGAGE COUNSELING, REACH-ENERGY EFFICIENCY EDUCATION AND HOUSEHOLD BUDGETING WORKSHOPS, INCOME TAX ASSISTANCE; PRESCRIPTIONS BIMONTHLY HEALTH CLINIC; VOLUNTEER PROGRAM. HOME WEATHERIZATION, EMERGENCY FOOD BASKET, GARDEN SEED, GARDEN SPOT AND FREE VEGETABLE PROGRAM. TEFAP (EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM) IS NOW DISTRIBUTING USDA SURPLUS FOOD ON WED., NOON-4:00. EACH HOUSEHOLD IS ONLY ELIGIBLE ONCE A MONTH AND MEET INCOME GUIDELINES. INFORMATION AND REFERRAL. STAFF FLUENT IN 20 LANGUAGES
