THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AND MEDICARE WHEN SHOWING THEIR MAT PHONE I.D. NEBRASKANS REACHING THE AGE OF 62 AND DRAWING A BONA FIDE PENSION ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REDUCED FARE ON A MAT BUS. A BONA FIDE PENSION IS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: SOCIAL SECURITY RETIRE, RAILROAD RETIREES, CIVIL SERVICE AND MILITARY RETIREES. THOSE PERSONS NOT DRAWING A PENSION MUST WAIT UNTIL THEY ARE 65 YEARS OF AGE. AT THIS TIME THEY MUST SHOW LEGAL PROOF OF THEIR AGE ADA ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY APPLICANT AND THEIR PHYSICIAN FOR THOSE WITH A DISABILITY.
